Welcome to the new site!

I’m so excited to launch my new website here at Kids Yoga with Meg! I’m hoping to use this platform to reach more families and share my love of kids and family yoga and mindfulness! I believe we should all have the skills to notice when life is getting too much and just pause and take a moment to turn our focus inward and just be.

I didn’t know how to do that for so long. In fact, I still struggle with this. But I’m getting better and learning more each day. But the important thing is that I keep at it. It’s my goal to use what I know to help my family do the same thing. And if you’re here, hopefully I’ll be able to help your family as well!

One of my first loves is writing. I’m excited to launch this blog. I want to share stories, breathing techniques, and tips and tricks for yogis of all ages to use on and off the mat.

 But I’d love to hear what you’d like to learn about! If you have a question or want to learn something, please let me know. I may not have the answer, but I'm really good at digging up the answer – it's the former reporter and TV producer in me – but that’s another post for another day.

For now, thank you for being here! As I get ready to launch this new chapter of Kids Yoga with Meg, into a bigger audience, I’m working to squash my fears, fan the flames of my excitement, and get ready to offer new classes and opportunities! But first.....deep breaths....
